We currently ship to:
- United States (domestic shipping)
- International destinations including Europe, Canada, Australia, and more
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us by email and we’ll do our best to help.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During collection launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
USA
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard International: 7–15 business days (may vary by destination)
- Express International: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping may be offered during special promotions or above a certain order value. If applicable, this will be automatically applied at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees are not included in the price of your order and are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
TALI BENITA MALIBU is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your shipment.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Tags must be attached and hygiene liners (for swimwear) intact
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
To request a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Final Sale items, including promotional or discounted items, are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be made for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
We accept international returns, but please note:
Duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
